Kropki Arrows 1

A new puzzle type based on arrow sudoku but where the circles attached to the arrows are difference clues rather than digits within the sudoku grid.

I think the idea for this puzzle came to me when I was solving a puzzle, or watching someone else solve a puzzle that combined arrows and kropki dots. At one point I got slightly confused because there was a white dot between two cells where an arrow passed through. For a moment it looked like the arrow circle was between two cells rather than inside a cell. I very quickly realised my mistake, but it made me wonder whther you could make a puzzle where that was indeed the case. Here is the result.

Kropki Arrows 1

Normal sudoku rules.
Digits on a circle equal the sum of the digits on the attached arrow.
Digits on a circle between two cells give the difference between those two cells.
