This was my first attempt at a puzzle using the German Whispers constraint. I decided to combine it with Sandwich Sums as I have quite a bit of experience with this.
This was intended to be my submission for the monthly puzzle prompt in the CtC fan discord server for September 2021 when the theme was Alice in Wonderland. However, the puzzle only had one person look at it when I put it up for testing, so I never submitted it.
Whispers about sandwiches at Mad Phil The Hatters Tea Party
Sudoku – each row, column & 3x3 box contains the digits 1-9
Sandwich – outside clues are the sum of the digits between the 1&9 in that row or column
German whispers – adjacent digits on a line have a difference of at least 5
Sandwich – outside clues are the sum of the digits between the 1&9 in that row or column
