The first two Kropki Arrows puzzles was really just me playing around with the idea. For this one I tried to include some more interesting logic.

Normal Sudoku Rules
Numbers in a circle equal the sum of the digits on the attached arrow.
Numbers in a white circle between cells is the difference between the digits in those two cells.
Numbers in a black circle between cells is the ratio of the digits in those two cells.
Numbers in a circle equal the sum of the digits on the attached arrow.
Numbers in a white circle between cells is the difference between the digits in those two cells.
Numbers in a black circle between cells is the ratio of the digits in those two cells.
