Can you find what is wrogn and solve the puzzle? This was inspired by DiMono's puzzle: Everything is Wrogn!. In my puzzle, there is only one of the rules that is 'wrogn' but you have to figure out which it is.
What is Wrogn?
One of the numbered rules below is wrogn. The others are all true.
2 Kropki pairs
3 Between 1&9 (Sandwich)
4 Thermometer
5 Killer
6 Little killer
7 XV
8 Arrow
9 # = number of the wrogn rule
A rule that is 'wrogn' applies in reverse. e.g. a wrogn thermo would have at least one digit out of sequence. A wrogn killer cage would not add up to the specified value, etc.

The smiley mouths have no meaning and are there purely for aesthetics (a nod to the evil grin in Undar_Beyond's puzzle: Chaotic Wrogn).
