This was my first attempt at a snake puzzle. This was for the May 2022 puzzle prompt in the CtC fan discord server which was on the theme of non-square grids.
This is my second puzzle using the 'snub square' grid layout. The first was Snub Head.
Snub Snake
Fill each cell with the digits 1-5. Digits may not repeat in cells that share a vertex.
Digits in a circle indicate the number of cells that share an edge and that are part of the snake. The snake never passes through cells with a circle. All circles are given.
The cells at each end of the snake both contain the same digit.
The snake is a continuous line joining cells that share an edge. The snake does not loop back and touch itself even diagonally.
Cells with given digits are all part of the snake.
