This puzzle was intended to be published in the Sep/Oct 2021 edition of Kilmersdon Parish News. However, the editor accidentally reprinted an older puzzle, so this one appeared in the Nov/Dec edition.
There may be a fun local reference, but you won't need any local knowledge to solve the puzzle.
